The
Seven
Simple
Principles of
Prosperity
Practical Exercises to Achieve a Rich, Happy and Joyous Life
by Oreste

What would it mean to you to find
unlimited financial abundance happiness and joy, beyond your
imagination? What if I told you that you have the ability to make that
all happen…and more? Would you believe it's all free and you can do it
any time you want?
We are going to examine The Seven
Simple Principles of Prosperity. Prosperity takes many different forms:
The Physical - Money, Health, Possessions; The Mental (or Mind) -
Intelligence, Reasoning, Clarity of Thought; The Emotional - Love,
Relationships, Giving of One's Self; The Spiritual - A Positive
Relationship with God (The Universe, Spirit or whatever your personal
relationship is with a Higher Power), Giving Something Back to Mankind,
Performing Your “Work” or Mission while you are in this time and this
place.
Let us examine The Seven Simple Principles of Prosperity:
Principle
1: RELEASING THE PAST
The
past is just that - the past. We cannot go back into the past and
change the events we have experienced. The past is not an indicator of
our future; it is just the past. Yet many times people use the past to
project what will happen in their future. By letting go of your past
you are opening yourself to unlimited possibilities for a new and
exciting future. Imagine your future with you reaching for any goal you
desire and achieving that goal. How would that make you feel?
The past with its memories - some good
and some not so good - had its purpose in your life. Many times we do
not understand that purpose while we are going through that experience.
However upon closer examination, you will find that the past has served
you well, giving you the necessary experience that brought you to this
point. Learn from your past, then let it go, and prepare yourself for a
bright, happy and joyous future.
Let go of the past and accept the gift
which has been given to you - The Present. The Past is history, The
Future is promised to no one, and The Present is here now!
Principle 2: MEDITATION
It is unfortunate there are so many
misconceptions about Meditation. Some think that special words are
required to be said in a certain way, or that a certain manner of
sitting is necessary in order to meditate. All that is needed is
silence. The silence need not be outside of you, rather inside of you.
In meditation you are seeking the quiet within your mind. By meditating
you are aligning your Mind, your Body and your Spirit to function
together.
Meditation is an excellent exercise to
manage stress. So many diseases have their root causes based in stress
related behaviors such as overeating causing obesity leading to heart
disease, smoking causing cancer and various other addictions that lead
to other diseases. By Mediating daily you will find you will be able to
manage your day-to-day issues easily and calmly. You will be placing
life's challenges into their proper prospective.
Starting Meditating today and watch
your life change for the better. You will be calmer, be better able to
deal with life and people and be much happier than you ever have been in
the past.
Principle 3: VISUALIZATION
Visualization is your first step to
manifesting all that you need, want and desire in life. Even these very
words that you read started as visualization before they were created.
Whatever you want to create, see it first in your mind, then watch it be
created in the physical world. Want more money? See and feel yourself
as being wealthy. While this not an instant phenomenon, if you can see
it and believe it, you can create it with the power of Visualization.
The power of Visualization is so strong
that many people are able to change unwanted behaviors like smoking,
overeating, alcoholism, drug addiction and the like. Some people have
been known to heal themselves using Visualization. Visualization
is a skill. Like any skill, all you need to do is learn and practice and
in no time you will master that skill.
Principle 4: SPIRITUALITY
Call it what you will - God, The
Universe or Your Higher Self; the ability to connect to a source higher
than your own. This has been the pursuit of humankind since the
beginning of recorded history. Why am I here? What is my purpose? Do I
matter? The answer to all your questions will come to you when you
connect with your Spirituality.
Spirituality can be praying to God,
talk to your Angels, Meditating, connecting with nature and many other
ways. There are many methods to connect with Spirit. Just choose the
one that is right for you and watch for the answers come to you. How
will you know? You will know things without knowing. Sounds strange…but
try it and see for yourself by unlocking the power of Spirituality!
Principle 5: EXERCISE
Physical Exercise has far reaching
benefits. In exercising the body it promotes health and wellness of the
Mind, Body and Spirit. Exercise also gives us another mechanism to deal
with stress. It also gives us the ability to manage anger.
Below are some more health
benefits of Exercise:
- Reduces the risk of premature death
- Reduces the risk of developing and/or
dying from heart disease
- Reduces high blood pressure or the
risk of developing high blood pressure
- Reduces high cholesterol or the risk
of developing high cholesterol
- Reduces the risk of developing colon
cancer and breast cancer
- Reduces the risk of developing
diabetes
- Reduces or helps to maintain body
weight or body fat
- Builds and maintains healthy muscles,
bones, and joints
- Improves ability to participate in
sports
- Reduces depression and anxiety
- Improves psychological well-being
- Enhances work, recreation, and
physical and mental performance
Before starting any new
exercise program consult with your physician.
Principle 6: PUBLIC SERVICE
When we talk about public service we
mean helping others. No one becomes successful by themselves. Public
service can take on so many different forms. Helping those less
fortunate than you by offering your time; or if time is a problem, you
can give money. By giving money you increase the circulation of
prosperity in your life and the life of others.
Give something back to society. It
does not have to be elaborate or expensive. We all have clothes that we
outgrow or no longer wear. Take those clothes and donate them to a
charity. Donate that clothing to a local charity in your area. Don't
just throw them in a bag; hang them up properly or better yet, get them
cleaned, so that the recipient is honored to receive your gift. You
will be amazed the people you will help and how you will feel knowing
you have made a positive impact on some one else's life.
Public Service the more your
give the more you receive.
Principle 7: LOVE
In discussing Love we do not mean
physical love; rather, emotional love, starting with the Love of one's
self, one's family, friends, community and ultimately, mankind. If one
does not have love for oneself, how can you have Love for others? How
can you give away something you do not own? Let your love ripple out
from you as the ripples in a pond when a stone is thrown, for if all of
us are radiant with love, our world would be a better place for
ourselves and our future generations.
How does Love help with prosperity?
Love what you do and help others achieve their goals, and watch money
and financial abundance come to you! In demonstrating your Love for
mankind it will come back to you in so many different ways. Love is
just another way for prosperity to manifest itself in your life.
The Seven Simple Principles of
Prosperity will bless your life with wealth, abundance and happiness.
All you need to do is practice these simple exercises and your life will
never be the same!
I
wish you much prosperity, joy and happiness!
